STEP BY STEP
ASSEMBLY GUIDE.
Lay Out All Parts
Open the box and lay all parts out on the floor. Check you have all uprights, beams, shelf panels and fixings before you start. All hardware is included.
Assemble the Side Frames
Connect the horizontal beams to the vertical uprights using the bolt and nut fixings provided. Hand tighten first — don't fully tighten until all pieces are in position.
Connect the Two Side Frames
Stand both side frames upright and connect them using the back bracing and cross beams. This is easier with two people — have someone hold the frames while you connect.
Adjust Shelf Heights
Shelves adjust in 75mm increments. Decide on your shelf spacing before placing the shelf panels — this is much easier to do now than after the unit is loaded.
Place the Shelf Panels
Drop the shelf panels into position on the beams. They sit securely without additional fixing — but make sure they're fully seated on all four corners before loading.
Tighten All Fixings
Once the unit is fully assembled and level, go back and tighten all bolts and nuts. Check the unit is stable before loading.

PRO TIPS
MAKE IT EASIER ON YOURSELF.
Two People Is Easier
You can do it solo but having a second person makes holding the frames upright much easier, especially for the 2m and 2.4m units.
Plan Your Shelf Heights First
Think about what you're storing before you assemble. It's much easier to set shelf heights before the unit is loaded than after.
Hand Tighten First
Don't fully tighten any bolts until the whole unit is assembled. This lets you make adjustments as you go without having to undo everything.
Position Before You Load
Move the unit into its final position before loading it. An empty shelving unit is easy to shift — a fully loaded one is not.
